Forest View Elementary Parent Teacher Association's mission is to help make every Forest View student’s potential become reality through opportunities that support and enrich our children, school, and community. Our organization is made of Forest View community: parents, teachers, and staff who all have the common goal of providing every child an enriched education. The PTA is run by elected board members who volunteer their time and oversee the operation and finances of our non-profit.

We are the largest child advocacy group in the United States. The more members we have, the Louder our voice is when it comes to advocation for our children's education, health and safety in the Washington State Legislature. By joining the Forest View Elementary PTA, you are also a member of the National and Washington State PTA.

The PTA is also a great way to network with other parents, teachers, and staff to share ideas, concerns, and experiences.

Educational Advantage: We want our children to receive the best education and the Forest View PTA provides additional learning materials and opportunities beyond what the district and state fund. We are proud to fund stipends for teachers and specialists to help purchase additional classroom supplies. This funding makes a big impact on our children’s education and is made possible by donations from our families.

Family Events: These community-building events help bond our Forest View community together. These include Back to School Socials, Bingo Night, Dances, Book Fair, Festival of Cultures, Movie Night, the End-of-Year Carnival, and more!

School Spirit: PTA creates a beautiful and fun yearbook full of great memories. We also offer spirit wear so kids can proudly represent Forest View on school spirit days - GO FALCONS!

Teacher Gratitude: PTA loves to show our thanks to teachers and staff with multiple Staff Appreciation events.

Make a Donation: Please consider contribution to our general fund so we can continue to provide programs and events not funded by the school district and state.
